Visitors Visas Section 10(a) – Visa Exempt Passport Holders
These permits are granted by the Home Affair Offices upon entry for purposes of holiday for a period not exceeding 3 months. They may be extended once for a further period of 3 months only.
These visas are obtained at the South African Embassy, the visa will allow you to enter South Africa for a certain period of time and not exceeding 3 months, the visa is renewable in South Africa for a further 3 months.
Visitors Visas Section 11(2) – Short Term Employment
These visas are obtained at the South African Embassy, the visa will allow you to enter South Africa for a period not exceeding 3 months and is renewable in South Africa for a further 3 months. This visa will allow you to take up short term employment with the company who provided the invitation letter.
